Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

If there’s a delay in processing your order (for example, a high volume of orders or an issue with shipping carriers), we’ll reach out by email to let you know.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, average transit times are typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to factors outside our control (like weather or carrier delays).

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders over $79. For orders less than $79, the flat shipping fee is $9.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within United States, Canada, Australia, NZ, United Kingdom.
We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see this email within a few days after placing your order, check your spam or promotions folder—or contact us and we’ll resend it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at info@scandicture.com with your order number. We’ll look into it and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, email info@scandicture.com right away. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships.

International Orders

International orders may take longer due to customs processing times. Import duties, taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
