Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Currently, we ship within United States, Canada, United Kingdom, & Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We want you to love your Scandicture pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us at info@scandicture.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to inventory management, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
